Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ViralFunnelAI (viralfunnelai.com), operated by RICHARD RYAN LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity conducted under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not share your account credentials with others or use the platform on behalf of another person without authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ViralFunnelAI only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to:
  • Scrape, copy, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use
  • Generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive product listings
  • Generate fake customer reviews or testimonials (per FTC regulations)
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

4. Purchases From the ViralFunnelAI Shop

Products bought in the ViralFunnelAI Shop (viralfunnelai.com/shop) are sold by RICHARD RYAN LLC. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars and orders ship to US addresses only. Your order is confirmed by email, and you receive a second email with tracking when it ships. Shipping times, returns, damaged items and lost packages are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. If a product cannot be supplied after you pay, we will refund you in full.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The ViralFunnelAI selling platform is free to use. Short videos made for you cost us real money to produce, so they come with an optional monthly video plan (Starter, Pro or Elite), shown with its price and number of videos on the Plans page. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor, and renew each month until cancelled. Each plan includes a set number of videos per billing month; unused videos do not carry over. Invite a friend: when someone who signed up with your invite link has paid for two months of a video plan, you receive a credit on your next bill worth one month of the smaller of your plan and theirs, and never more than they paid that month (held until you start a plan if you are not on one). Inviting yourself, or someone paying with your own billing account, does not earn a credit. Credits have no cash value and we may end the offer at any time; credits already earned are kept. Shop purchases are covered in section 4.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your video plan at any time from the Plans page ("Change card, receipts or cancel"). Moving to a bigger plan starts a new billing month straight away, with the unused part of your old plan credited; moving to a smaller plan takes the lower price from your next bill, with no refund for the current month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

7. Subscription Refund Policy

The refund policy below covers video plans. Shop purchases follow the Shipping & Returns policy.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You are billed in advance for each billing period. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current period and no further charges are made.
  • Partial Periods: We do not issue refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
  • Erroneous Charges: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at richy@viralfunnelai.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.
  • Service Disruption: If a significant service outage prevents you from using the platform for an extended period, contact us and we may issue a pro-rated credit at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product data, marketing copy, and other content you generate using ViralFunnelAI. You are responsible for ensuring that any product you source, list, or sell through the platform complies with applicable laws and marketplace policies. ViralFunnelAI and its software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of RICHARD RYAN LLC.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product sourced or sold through the platform will be profitable. Supplier matching, margin calculations, and AI-generated content are provided for your convenience and should be independently verified before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RICHARD RYAN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, supplier disputes, or marketplace account suspensions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

ViralFunnelAI integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions, listing removals, or policy enforcement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
