Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Shipping is free on every order to US addresses.
- Orders leave our supplier's warehouse within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
- You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship to the United States only.
Returns & refunds
- If you're not happy, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty items (like lashes) can only be returned if they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Postage on a change-of-mind return is paid by you. If an item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover the return postage.
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
- To start a return, email richy@viralfunnelai.com with your order number (it starts with VF-). We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
Lost packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund it in full.
